Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Returns
Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or wrong product received.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product should be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
In case of COD orders, customer needs to provide bank details for refund transfer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If cancelled in time, a full refund will be processed.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Opened, used, or tampered products.
Items purchased under special discounts, offers, or clearance sales.
Personal care items (like soaps, creams, oils) once opened.
